Job Description
The HR Generalist facilitates employment matters across a wide range of HR functional areas including employee relations, leaves of absence, onboarding, training, and policy compliance.
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Ensures HR actions are processed timely and accurately (i.e., new-hire, transfers, promotions, and terminations)
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Work with Hiring Managers on full-cycle recruitment initiatives.
- Manages HR files – ensures records are complete and accurate
- Tracks program compliance (i.e., FMLA, LOA, sexual harassment claims, code of conduct)
- Recommends improvements from analysis of HR metrics and / or observation of HR processes
- Coordinates and / or deliver New Hire Orientation
- Facilitates onboarding, compliance training, HR policies and procedures communication, and management development training
- Review and respond to unemployment claim with appropriate documentation and unemployment statements
- Act as liaison between employees and insurance providers and resolves benefits-related issues
- Research, resolves, or escalates issues related to payroll, vacation, leave, and / or benefits
- Answers associate and management questions regarding HR Policies
- Tracks HR Metrics (i.e., exit interviews, service levels– Payroll / HR administration, sick bank accruals)
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Work with Hiring Managers on full-cycle recruitment initiatives.
- Focuses on moderately complex Human Resources issues, problems or projects such as coordinating recruiting/selection, turnover analysis/retention, data analysis, store visits with management, and store associates relative to career concerns and/or skill development.
Relevant Experience, Education, Certification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- College degree in HR business related field, behavioral sciences preferred but not required
- Knowledge of HR from any of the following: college coursework, trainee situation, hourly HR support work or similar work/professional experience.
- Knowledge of Rippling HRIS System preferred
- Proven planning, organizing, and leadership skills.
- The ability to motivate and work with and through others to achieve desired results.
- Possess analytical, assessment, program execution and facilitation skills.
- Ability to maintain effective business relationships within all areas of the company and the ability to work with all levels of associates.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- 3+ plus years management experience and a fundamental knowledge of Human Resources concepts, practices and procedures typically gained through 3+ years applicable Human Resources experience.
- May be new to Human Resources but has knowledge of Human Resources through past experiences in former jobs, i.e., Store Director or Co-Manager.
- SHRM Certification preferred
Compensation: Full-time position, $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year plus benefits
CRM Device Applications Trainer/Manager

Job Description
PrepMD is seeking a full-time clinical application trainer on site in Braintree, MA. This individual will report directly to the PrepMD Training Director and assist with practical application workshops and classroom instruction including CIED interrogation and remote monitoring training, student mentoring and coaching, and academic administrative support.
Responsibilities may include but not are not limited to:
- assisting in development, set up and conduct of hands-on workshops
- assisting in faculty hours and student review sessions
- participating in weekly webinar content delivery
- performing presentation review and refinement
- developing new educational content
- delivering educational lectures in classroom and online formats
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university or credit equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with CIEDs – including device implantations and specifically performing device interrogations and remote cardiac device monitoring in a device clinic setting
- Expertise in monitoring of patients across all device manufacturers and generation of high-quality reports strongly required
- If not already CCDS or CDRMS certified, candidates must be willing to sit for the CCDS/CDRMS IBHRE® exam within 12 months of hire.
- Additional experience in cardiac electrophysiology, structural heart or coronary interventions is a desired but not a prerequisite for hire.

EP Applications Trainer/Manager

Job Description
PrepMD is seeking a full-time electrophysiology trainer on site in Braintree, MA to develop and deliver EP curriculum while collaborating with PrepMD Faculty. The EP Trainer will perform duties related to the design, development, and delivery of electrophysiology. This includes student training, corporate training, and online learning programs/solutions. Furthermore, this individual will oversee and perform workshops, simulation training, as well as staff education on EP/CRM topics throughout the calendar year.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university or credit equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a clinical EP setting
- Knowledge of diagnostic EP studies, 3D electro anatomical mapping and ablation procedures
- IBHRE® CEPS certification preferred
- If not already CEPS certified, candidates must be willing to sit for the CEPS IBHRE exam within 12 months of hire.
- Additional experience in cardiac rhythm management, structural heart or coronary interventions is a desired but not a prerequisite for hire.
