Matt brings more than 42 years of leadership experience in the healthcare and medical device industry. With experience in sales, training, recruitment, and management roles for companies including Winthrop Laboratories, Cardiac Pacemakers Inc. and Boston Scientific, he played a key role in the commercial launch of breakthrough technologies, including the first implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD), the first transvenous ICD therapies, and Anti-Tachycardia (ATP) device applications. As Vice President of Sales for Boston Scientific Matt drove the development of innovative new training programs that fostered clinical excellence. Matt also served on the Biomedical Advisory Board at Georgia Institute of Technology. Matt is the Co-Founder and CEO of PrepMD.
Bob has over 43 years of sales, marketing and leadership experience in the medical device industry, including officer positions with medical device companies, from start-up companies to large corporations. Bob is known for building and managing successful sales organizations at companies, including Cordis, Pacesetter, Jude Medical, Biotronik, CryoCath Technologies, etc. He has guided market development initiatives and commercial launches for medical device applications, including the implantable cardioverter defibrillator, cardiac cryoablation, vascular closure devices, heart valves, and biopolymer devices that deliver pharmaceutical interventions.

Greg Lisi, CCDS, CEPS

Greg has over 18 years of leadership experience in the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) space including clinical, sales, and management roles. As a Regional Manager with Boston Scientific, he hired and trained a team of sales and clinical representatives while maintaining his own business. He has mentored and developed both sales and clinical reps as they have begun their own careers. Prior to industry, Greg served as a Military Intelligence Officer with the U.S. Army. During eight years of active duty, he served in a variety of key leadership, strategic planning and operations roles. He has extensive experience in planning, directing, and supervising sophisticated training in complex and fast-moving environments. Greg is the Executive Vice President of Operations at PrepMD.

Kate Peucker Miller, CCDS, CEPS
Kate is dual-certificated IBHRE® CCDS and CEPS. As a field clinical specialist for Biotronik, Kate covered major medical centers across New England, trained new employees, and managed her team’s daily schedule. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University and is a former PrepMD student and Academic Achievement Award winner. Her BME and PrepMD education combined with her industry field clinical specialist experience provide an insightful perspective on launching a successful career in the medical device industry.

Susan Stamatis, RN, BSN, CCDS

Susan has a combined 39 years in cardiology doing a variety of clinical roles such as Assistant Nurse Manager of a Coronary Care Unit and Department Manager in a Device Clinic overseeing the care of 1000+ patients with pacemakers and defibrillators. She also has 25 years of experience in the Cardiac Device Industry. She began her medical device career as a clinical specialist, and was promoted to clinical regional manager and sales representative roles. In her role at PrepMD Susan provides mentorship and education in clinical and technical applications of CRM therapy.

Matt Wilson, CCDS

Matt brings 10 years of experience as a Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Senior Sales Representative in the New York City market. As an IBHRE®-Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) senior sales representative with Boston Scientific, he managed a successful sales team in the New York City area. Prior to working in the cardiac industry, Matt served as a Captain in the U.S. Army where he trained and led infantry units while deployed to Iraq, responsible for planning and coordinating joint coalition combat missions. In his role at PrepMD, Matt serves as the Vice President of Operations for the Remote Monitoring Services Division.

Greg O’Neal, CCDS, CEPS

Greg is dual-certificated IBHRE® CCDS and CEPS. With over three years of CRM and EP industry clinical experience, Greg has assisted in more than 500 CIED implants and 150 ablations, as well routinely working with numerous cardiac device clinics. As the Director of Business Development for PrepMD’s Remote Monitoring Services, Greg helps create customized, efficient solutions for cardiac device clinics.

Satya has over 12 years of medical device global marketing and product management experience. With an MBA from Babson College and bachelors in biotechnology engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Satya has worked for medical device companies such as Smith & Nephew and Medtronic. With experience in areas including new product development, digital solutions, and global upstream and downstream marketing, along with technology and business analysis experience from IBM, Satya led the PrepMD Passport Series product development team and currently leads the marketing team for all divisions at PrepMD.
Marketing and Admissions Officer

Barbara has over 15 years of experience in training and development roles working in the U.S. and Europe. Focused primarily in corporate sales training, she played a key role in learning needs assessment, course design, as well as website marketing and business development. Barbara worked in PrepMD’s Remote Monitoring Services Division prior to joining the Marketing Team where she focuses on recruitment, admissions and marketing across all divisions.
Human Resources Officer
Frank has over 25 years of experience in senior human resource management positions in the medical device, energy and capital equipment semiconductor sectors. Frank brings executive-level human resources expertise to PrepMD in the areas of recruitment, legal compliance, employee relations and policy administration.
Melissa has over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry. Her experience includes roles in office management, marketing, and human resources for advertising sales and consumer products corporations. Melissa serves as the Business Manager at PrepMD. With the company since inception, Melissa is a key contributor across all divisions at PrepMD.
Jessica is new to the medical device field, with an educational background in Paralegal studies and over 8 years of experience optimizing productivity, efficiency, employee training, HR, and administrative management. As a program director at an adult developmental disability residential facility, she recruited, hired, and coached employees to offer high-quality, cost-effective care to all residents, helping them live independently and reach their own goals. At PrepMD, Jessica manages the day-to-day happenings here on Campus supporting all training needs with corporate partners and students.

Fran brings 10 years of cardiac medical device industry experience in clinical engineering, sales, and territory management roles with companies such as Boston Scientific, Biotronik, and CardioFocus. His duties included business development, key account management, product commercialization, and clinical trial operations, in addition to covering thousands of cardiac procedures and device clinics. At PrepMD, Fran led the product development and go-to-market strategy of the PrepMD Passport Series and PrepMD Healthcare Training Solutions, and oversaw operations for the ProStart contract staffing initiative. Fran brings key business insights and leverages his cross-organizational experience as Director of Sales & Marketing for PrepMD RMS.

Katie has over 14 years of medical device industry experience in clinical, sales, marketing and management roles for Meditech, Eli Lilly and Boston Scientific. She played a key national and international role in the clinical training and commercial launch of the first FDA approved Left Atrial Appendage Closure Device. As a Principal Product Marketing Manager with Boston Scientific, Katie introduced digital health solutions to hospitals nationwide. As the Director of Business Development for PrepMD Professionals, Katie leverages her extensive relationships to build strategic partnerships with industry and healthcare employers across the cardiac space.

Bob has over 39 years of executive leadership experience in both
the financial services and non-profit sectors. He held key
positions that supported business growth both in the U.S and
Asia/Pacific. During his career he led businesses, managed
global training and development, and led both product and
technology teams. Most recently he was the Executive Director of
a Boston non-profit that supported the professional development
and job placement for young adults 18-24 years old from
underserved communities. Over 2,000 participants attended the
program during his tenure. Bob focuses on recruitment and
professional development for PrepMD and PrepMD Professionals.
Educational Development Associate
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University. He is a graduate of the PrepMD Core Program and Academic Achievement Award winner. The combination of Kyle’s BME and PrepMD education provide keen insight for his role in the design and development of online learning content for the Passport Series product launch.
