Acceptance into the PrepMD 24-week Cardiac Medical Device Specialist Training Program requires an application, resume, official transcripts, two letters of recommendation and an admissions interview. Admissions documents may be uploaded with the application or submitted separately by email to admissions@prepmd.com.

Applicants may use traditional Letters of Recommendation or ask their recommenders to submit the Recommender Form here on their behalf.
